Roles & Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Lead and build the relationship with five PSA Partners & two Verification Agencies. |
NFTE Life Cycle Management: Wing to Wing Management of diversified workforce operations spread over various locations and across all Sales Channels. Drive and meet Hiring numbers as per business targets. Ensure smooth Onboarding, Verification and Exit Management of workforce. Adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements |
Infra Management: Ensure timely payout of Infra Expenses like Rent, Electricity, Telephone etc. and adherence to Compliances like Fire NOC, Land use, OC and S&E as per State Laws and other regulatory. Support Sales team in meeting the Asset requirement like Laptops, PC, and Printers & TABS. Transition and Acquisition of new Sites. |
Partner Management: Renewal of agreements. Relationship management and timely partner review basis score board and quality matrices. |
Process Improvement – Improve Process Efficiency by analysing data and conducting workouts with internal & external team. Roll out standard process for each partner and share best practices. |
Salary
6.35 LPA CTC (Based on Glassdoor estimates)
