Tata SIA Airlines Limited, doing business as Vistara, is an Indian full-service airline located in Gurgaon and serving the Indira Gandhi International Airport as its hub. The airline, which is a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, began service on January 9, 2015, with its first flight connecting Delhi and Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Partner with HRBP to plan, drive and execute transactional engagement activities as per the engagement agenda for the year
2. Actively support employee engagement activities at the corporate & locations
3. Design & implement employee communications to create cascade a strong employee engagement agenda
