Roles & Responsibilities

Demonstrate tool capabilities and provide usage tips to help clients use delivery technologies more quickly.
Identify business concerns as a result of reported delivery tool issues and give advisory help and fixes that address the fundamental cause and provide long-term preventative solutions.
Collaborate with functional SMEs to give hands-on help on delivery tools to ensure that complicated features are implemented to the project workspace with high precision and quality.
Engage in knowledge exchange with CoE colleagues to broaden your understanding of delivery tools and methods and put what you’ve learned into practise in a fast-paced workplace.
Create user manuals and sample presentations.
Become a Deloitte Consulting Delivery Excellence ambassador.

Qualifications

Required

Experience managing IT business transformation initiatives for at least two years.
Strong knowledge of the various phases of the SDLC lifecycle utilising at least one of the waterfall or agile methodologies.
Liaising with intermediate and senior project management teams in various locations.
MS Office skills are required, including MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Interpersonal and networking abilities, as well as strong written and vocal communication.
