The company is the Government of India’s official education partner for the Startup India programme. Working people, college students, and corporations can enrol in online programmes in IT, Data Science, Management, and Technology through the EdTech organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting with HR responsibilities and obligations on a day-to-day basis.
- Assisting human resources executives with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Maintaining and updating personnel files (hard and soft copies)
- Organizing and compiling personnel-related documents and reports (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Assisting with payroll preparation by supplying pertinent information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with applicants.
- Assisting our recruiters with applicant sourcing and database updates.
Other Requirements
- Should be familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent organising skills and good communication abilities are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar discipline is required.

Gurgaon, India.
Duration
The Viacom India internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.5,000 – 6,000 / month
