Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable department for Boeing Business Units/Subsidiaries.
- Understand Finance systems (ERP tools) and can help extended team where required.
- Establishes and maintains strategic alliances with stakeholders, peers, and global process owners.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are honed.
- Acts as the first point of contact for concerns or obstacles that the team and stakeholders face. Capable of properly triaging and de-escalating situations with those who are affected.
- Analyze places where you may enhance the process and make beneficial improvements.
- Implements rules and procedures as well as develops and executes global project and process strategies.
- As a “One Finance” partnership, they ensure that services are offered consistently across the organisation.
- Manage the metrics for third-party service providers and keep an eye on their activity at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5-8 years of finance experience, preferably in an Accounts Payable role.
- Experience measuring project performance using or applying metrics to ensure high-quality delivery.
