Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the acceptance of incoming credit connections for a multi-national company’s portfolio.
  • Financial statements are spread out.
  • Prepare a credit and financial analysis of borrowers and receive clearance from the local risk and senior management teams.
  • Credit paperwork and loan agreements are prepared, reviewed, and negotiated.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with business partners in order to provide clients with relevant financial solutions. Ensure that important new customer onboarding and/or transactions are pre-screened as soon as possible.
  • Perform regular portfolio monitoring, identifying, escalating, and managing developing risks in a client’s portfolio.
  • Ascertain that the client portfolio adheres to corporate policies and procedures as well as regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • Professionally qualified (MBA/CA)
  • 2-4 years of expertise in corporate/financial institution analysis, preferably from a credit standpoint.
  • Strong English communication abilities, both written and spoken.
  • Financial statements can be interpreted and analysed.
  • Basic grasp of loan, trade finance, transactional services, and treasury products.
  • Reading and comprehending credit papers and loan agreements is a plus.
  • Internal and external stakeholders require strong relationship-building skills.
  • Has a proactive approach to issue resolution and an analytical mind.
  • Excellent time management abilities, as well as the capacity to perform well under duress.
  • Banking and finance experience, as well as a track record of related experience, would be desired.
