Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops
- Good Stakeholder Management
- Self-starter, proactive, independently work and be responsible
- Knowledge of Agile. Scrum and Kanban, Jira and confluence, concept of role of BA in an Agile project
- A team player
- Ability to quickly understand the Business processes and map them out
- Insurance knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills/ visual representations
