Roles & Responsibilities
- Capture, analyse, and transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Assist Functional Architects and other Business Analysts in ensuring that solutions are appropriate for their intended use.
- On the creation and testing of solutions, collaborate with IT.
- Organize acceptability testing for users.
- Support for inquiries, concerns, and faults, as well as follow-up investigations.
- Prepare for the transition to run-the-bank by providing training and coaching.
- Ensure that rules, standards, and regulatory requirements are followed.
Skills required
- Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject, banking and finance, or comparable professional experience.
- Risk technique, quantitative analysis, and treasury or finance-related topics are all useful skills to have.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and synthesising abilities are essential (you know how to figure things out)
- With a can-do mentality.
- Previous exposure to or experience with project development/management methodologies.
- It’s a plus if you’ve worked with the Agile approach before.
