Swiggy is an on-demand meal delivery service that allows users to order food from any nearby restaurant and have it delivered quickly (much faster than Dominos 50 % of the time). We’re a VC-backed firm in its early stages that’s developing at breakneck pace.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing periodic reports/aging for receivables, revenue recognition, and coupon use tracking for Swiggy Corporate company (Swiggy wallet).
- Assisting with the development of a tech product and its deployment in order to make business operations more system-driven and autonomous.
- For different tasks, coordinating with the business and analytics teams and ensuring that they are completed on schedule.
- Throughout the month, review the General Ledgers to ensure that the postings are accurate.
- Timely preparation of the business stream’s P&L, balance sheet schedules, and management accounts.
- Reconciling numerous system records, data supplied by various cross-functional teams, and books of accounts.
- Assisting with the implementation of controls around the business process (both human and system-driven), as well as evaluating and upgrading them on a regular basis to guarantee the correctness and completeness of book closing actions.
- Continuous investigation of various business operations and processes in order to make recommendations for process improvements and control implementation.
Eligibility
- It is required that you have at least a CA inter level qualification.
- Accounting experience of at least two years is required.
- Strong working understanding of sophisticated Microsoft Excel and a desire to learn more about its features and functions.
- Working knowledge and expertise with SQL are a plus.
- Strong computer and software abilities for business solutions.
- Interacting with accountants, cross-functional teams, and higher management requires strong interpersonal skills.
- For dealing with support employees and management, good communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, define priorities, create a work schedule, manage details, data, information, and activities, and assess progress toward goals.
