Roles & Responsibilities
- The GBS organization’s primary interface and point of contact for business analysis and insights, as well as ensuring acceptable and timely service delivery.
- Preparing and filling different business reporting utilising key inputs from various business contacts, challenging inputs, and assessing reports for the company and the Group.
- Reporting on a monthly basis, including variance analysis and insights.
- Providing GBS Business Partners with continuous and ad-hoc support.
- Support actions aimed towards standardisation and simplicity.
- Lead improvement initiatives and look for ways to automate, standardise, stop, or improve the GBS team’s outputs on a regular basis.
Additional Responsibilities
- Excel, Power BI, Cognos, or comparable reporting technologies need a high level of expertise in financial data processing.
- Ability to form productive working connections with a wide range of people and teams at all levels of the organisation.
- Know how to communicate with those who aren’t in finance.
- Strong analytic abilities.
- Ability to prioritise and operate in a low-stress environment.
- Customer-focused, with a desire to enhance processes.
- Financial and commercial statistics are well-understood.
- Working experience in a self-organizing team in an agile setting.
- Time series data processing and storage experience.
