About the Role
In the India area, OnePlus is searching for a high-caliber professional to join our Strategy team. The applicant would be responsible for driving important strategic initiatives across several business units in collaboration with the strategy programme manager.
The ideal applicant is a self-starter with a love for technology who has a track record of leading key business finance operations, likes collaborating with cross-functional teams, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Projects: Work with the strategy programme manager to define and drive the planning and implementation of important strategic initiatives for the India Region.
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish standard procedures, workflows, tools, analytical dashboards, and management information systems for a “One OnePlus” perspective of the company.
- Prepare weekly/monthly departmental progress updates, competitor and partner updates, forecasting and KPI management, and other business and operational assessments as needed.
Requirements
- MBA preferred – class of 2022 – with 3–6 years of prior work experience.
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, e-commerce/internet, or technology in a corporate development or strategy function is preferred but not required.
- In a dynamic atmosphere with frequently shifting goals, you must be innovative with a strong drive to embrace change.
- A good attitude, a desire to learn, and a conviction in teamwork and winning!
