About NABARD
NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) is India’s apex regulatory organisation in charge of overall regulation and licencing of regional rural banks and apex cooperative banks. It is governed by the Government of India’s Ministry of Finance. “Matters relating policy, planning, and operations in the field of credit for agricultural and other economic activities in rural areas of India” have been committed to the bank. NABARD is actively involved in the development and implementation of Financial Inclusion.
About the Recruitment
NABARD, the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, has issued an advertisement for Assistant Managers and Managers in Grades A and B. A total of 162 openings have been advertised. The minimum age requirement for all vacancies is 21 and the maximum age requirement is 30.
The remuneration for each function varies depending on the role, which is described in full in the notification.

- On July 17, 2021, online applications open.
- The deadline for online applications is August 7, 2021.
- The deadline to make changes to the online application is August 7, 2021.

Educational Qualification
For Assistant Manager (Grade A)
A bachelor’s degree in any field from any recognised university/institute with a minimum of 60% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate, or a postgraduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate, or a Ph.D.
For Manager (Grade B):
A bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognised institution with a minimum of 60% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants: 55%) in aggregate, or a postgraduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants: 50%) in aggregate, or a Ph.D.
