Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in Capital Markets, Finance Reporting, COREP, Basel, Accounting
- Expertise in Trade Life Cycle across Asset Classes with particular emphasis on Derivatives.
- Communication of project status and risks to team lead.
- Experience in capital reporting, Basel III capital adequacy criteria, capital ratio calculations, and regulatory reporting projects for the US/EMEA area.
- Experience with Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Credit Risk Capital Requirement Calculation Using Internal Rating Approach, and Standardized Approach projects/systems.
- Should take responsibility for delivering quality and timeliness, and should not be hesitant to question the status quo and continually strive to improve.
Qualifications
- High MS Excel competency, as well as the capacity to analyse massive datasets.
- Experience of working in Agile delivery desirable.
- It would be advantageous if you have prior experience with the AxiomSL® regulatory and risk reporting platform.
- Knowledge of technologies such as JIRA, Rally, and Alteryx is preferred.
- Communication abilities that are exceptional (both written and verbal)
- Strong coordination/organizational abilities, including coordination between the multiple project delivery teams (IT, end users/SMEs, and other stakeholders).
