Roles & Responsibilities
- On-boarding and off-boarding processes are managed.
- Technology hardware, apps, and shared drives are provided.
- Real estate: floor plan maintenance and relocation management.
- Approval and certification of floor access.
- Certifications and ownership of shared drives.
- Support for business resiliency coordination.
- Initiatives to save costs.
- Improve the process by identifying and implementing changes.
- Participate in and, on occasion, assist in the leadership of strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects in Business Change Management.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-solving abilities that are both strong and independent.
- It is advantageous to have prior customer service/client-facing experience.
- Concentrate on risk mitigation and controls.
- Microsoft Office skills are excellent (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, including the ability to listen and influence people.
- Ability to operate under duress and balance numerous responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who is organised and meets deadlines on a regular basis.
- Professionalism, respect, and maturity are regularly displayed by this energetic, self-motivated individual.
- Comfortable leading an initiative or playing a support role on the broader team.
