Job Purpose
- The individual will be a member of the team in charge of ICICI Bank UK’s existing corporate portfolio management and growth.
- Managing a current client portfolio via daily interactions with internal teams, existing/new corporate customers, banks, and other intermediaries; expanding the portfolio by interactions with various stakeholders and internal/external connections to look for business prospects.
- To increase business revenue by identifying and developing targeted opportunities in collaboration with product management, credit risk management, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare credit assessment notes for corporations in a timely manner (TAT)
- Internal risk clearance and complete due diligence. Present ideas for approval to the Bank’s credit committees.
- Ensure that all post-sanction paperwork and procedures are completed within the specified timeframes.
- Provide comprehensive support for new client onboarding, account establishment, and timely completion and updating of KYC procedures.
- Regularly monitor current clients by creating and presenting asset reviews, monitoring covenants, KPIs, and other metrics, and promptly address any inadequacies (documentation or otherwise) in the portfolio.
- Prepare and keep a clear account strategy for all of the relationships you work with.
- To execute syndication, sell down, or prepayment of loans identified/received by the Bank, communicate with internal and external partners.
