About the team

We provide high-quality content to millions of clients via millions of devices that are always developing and changing. We want to expand our existing user base through highly tailored and targeted marketing strategies as the subscriptions business at Disney+ Hotstar grows in size. As a member of the team, you’ll be in charge of the analytics underpinning all user growth projects, as well as helping to monitor and optimise programme, channel, and communication performance to support strategic and tactical decision-making. In other words, we’re seeking to bump up our marketing muscle with some real data-driven brains!

Responsibilities

  1. Using analytics, research approaches, and statistical tools, interpret data and analyse outcomes.
  2. Create data-driven insights that will aid in the development of effective marketing and user acquisition and retention campaigns.
  3. To boost marketing activities, have a thorough awareness of the consumer journey and current trends.
  4. Examine campaign performance data in depth to find areas for improvement.
  5. Prepare reports, specs, dashboards, and flowcharts to summarise and summarise various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational data for usage by various key stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with Product to collect data and install solutions like Mixpanel, Appsflyer, and Adobe Analytics, among others.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science, or Mathematics is preferred.
  • Professional expertise in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics for at least two years. Preferably in a digital environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including expertise gathering, organising, interpreting, and accurately disseminating large amounts of data.
  • Reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
  • Communication talents that are exceptional in the spoken, written, and visual realms.
  • Experience in predictive analysis and knowledge of R, SQL, and Python.
  • Familiar with digital analytics and clickstream data. Preferably has experience with Mixpanel, Adobe analytics, Appsflyer, Localytics, Appsalar etc.
