Role Purpose

Execution of employee data activities, JML data maintenance and tier 1/2 case management.

Responsibilities

  1. Using the JML lifecycle, manage and maintain employee records in Workday (Workday data entry, maintenance, and support).
  2. Execute pre-onboarding and probationary procedures, including pre-employment screening for new hires and the creation of new employee records.
  3. Joiner, mover, and leaver checklists should be triggered.
  4. Cost centres should be maintained and updated in systems.
  5. Execute the online exit process, including digital exit questionnaires and digital alumni records maintenance.
  6. Owns HR systems and data management.
  7. Interactions with senior stakeholders are aided.
  8. Driving HR process simplification and data-driven organisational choices, as well as precise HR data management across platforms.
  9. Data entry for payroll instructions is required, as well as the production of WD compensation worksheet templates.
  10. All cost centre, finance, and billing-related inquiries are handled by this person.

Skills

  • Workday, Visier, Dashboards, Payroll Systems, and their interconnections should be well-understood and experienced.
  • Leadership standards.
  • Should be computer literate and analytical.
  • Interact and collaborate with HR and business teams and stakeholders.
  • Data correctness and system upkeep are the responsibility of the individual.
  • Support any internal or external audit requests that need data from HR systems, and ensure that any issues are examined and remedied.
  • Ensure that all standard reporting obligations for the company are met on time and with accuracy.
  • Strong organisational abilities, as well as meticulous attention to detail and devotion are required.
  • Have great communication skills and are a master of Microsoft Office software (advanced Excel abilities are necessary), as well as Workday, preferably.
  • Customer-centricity. Their goal is to help others, thus they must have a strong customer focus and high levels of empathy in this profession.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
  • 1+ years of relevant HR experience in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to anticipate requirements, provide advice, and solve issues before they arise.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Team player that works well with others.
  • Genuine curiosity in new systems, technologies, and tools, as well as technical know-how.
  • Strong organisational abilities, as well as dedication and attention to detail.
