Job Description
You’ll be a part of HUL’s eCommerce team, which is one of the company’s most strategic, future-ready, and fastest-growing groups. You will be working in HUL’s only self-owned b2c hyperlocal ecommerce platform, MyKirana, under the eCommerce vertical. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but nimble team in launching and expanding a new business in one of India’s most exciting sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for marketing initiatives to drive online conversion and shopper retention on MyKirana’s consumer website and mobile application as a D2C CX Executive (Grade-1B). The following are your primary responsibilities.
- Managing ads, carousels, search, and other features on the website/app to boost cart conversions is referred to as website merchandising. To boost conversions and develop a strong brand memory that leads to client retention, this would necessitate a good combination of creative and analytical talents.
- Precision Marketing – This entails a thorough comprehension of marketing analytic technologies like Firebase and Google Analytics in order to comprehend shopper behaviour and platform retention. As a result of identifying cohorts for target-based marketing, greater retention and conversion rates have been achieved.
- Promotions – Collaborating closely with the performance marketing team to devise coupons and promotions based on customer cohorts in order to improve channel efficiency, reduce app uninstalls, and boost shopper LTV.
- UI/UX – A thorough understanding of the shopper journey as well as UI/UX is a requirement for this position. This entails locating leaks in the shopper funnel and implementing UI/UX improvements to maximise online conversions based on shopper missions.
- Marketing automation and customisation — Creating journey flows and automated triggers in a marketing activation platform like Mo-engage to send push alerts, SMSs, and emails, resulting in high shopper retention and lifetime value.
Eligibility
- A candidate with an MBA/Masters degree and at least 3 years of experience in a Marketing technology (Martech)/Platform management/Performance marketing role in Ecommerce, online business, or performance agency is desirable.
- Marketing analytics are something you should be well-versed in.
- It will be advantageous if you have prior experience with marketing communications and online merchandising.
- Understanding of the user interface/user experience (UI/UX) and the online consumer journey
- A candidate who possesses the ideal combination of strong creative ability and keen analytical abilities.
- Collaboration and network management skills with numerous teams and stakeholders (internal and external).
- Comfortable in a start-up-like dynamic and nimble working environment.
- Interpersonal skills are important.
- It would be advantageous if you have prior experience managing marketing expenditures.
- Work experience that required active listening and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn web-based tools and technical competence.
