Roles & Responsibilities
- Examine market trends, the competitive landscape, and internal product development initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and appraise strategic investment and acquisition possibilities in India and Southeast Asia.
- Develop relationships with regional investor and startup communities.
- Assist in the decision-making of the Management team and in the discussion and implementation of agreements.
- Interact with Google’s engineering and product teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking within the technology industry.
- Experience leading and discussing Mergers and Acquisitions transactions and/or investments.
- Experience building financial models and valuing companies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- 3 years of technology industry experience.
- Experience in Internet communications or e-commerce.
- Experience working on cross-border transactions.
- Experience working in India and/or South East Asian regions.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
