Roles & Responsibilities
- Support budgeting and forecasting procedures, which include collaborating with various teams, developing a firmwide budget presentation, and distributing supporting materials to senior management.
- Leading the team’s efforts to find areas where technology, such as Anaplan (the firm’s new planning software), management studio, and ClearFactr, may be used more effectively.
- Leading the strengthening of the governance framework for Anaplan’s use throughout the planning process.
- Preparation of various reports highlighting the firm’s overall performance.
- Play major roles in global projects, such as the present initiative to develop a more integrated planning process and Anaplan reports.
- As needed, assist the team in finalising presentations and documentation for senior management meetings.
- Interaction with the Anaplan Center of Excellence, divisional teams, firmwide strategy, investor relations, and other FP&A teams inside the firm.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification with a strong academic record is required.
- A Chartered Accountant is preferred.
- Finance, planning, and analysis experience.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Pay close attention to the details.
- Ability to see projects through to completion.
- Ability to multitask and deliver results under duress.
- High levels of motivation and a strong work ethic.
