Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting divisions in adhering to the firm’s Contingent Worker (CW), Inter Affiliate (IA), and Vendor Management (VM) programmes.
- Providing expertise, training, and awareness to Vendor Relationship Owners, GS Contingent Worker Managers/Contacts, and Inter Affiliate divisional coordinators.
- As appropriate, collaborating with Risk Partners throughout the business (e.g., compliance, technology) to assist divisions understand third-party risks.
- Reporting on VM, CW, and IA efforts to divisional stakeholders, highlighting outstanding risks and current projects.
- Engaging with divisions to promote knowledge of the third-party risk management framework and to help all Vendor Relationship Owners improve their risk management abilities.
- Developing and distributing global and regional reports on the vendor landscape, risks, controls, and the overall status of divisional execution against programme criteria on a regular basis.
- Working with global programme and capability leads, as well as the global team as a whole, to support and assist lead parts of global TPRM programme goals and priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience in risk management, third-party risk management, or the design of global risk programmes is required.
- Have a strong risk management and control mentality, as well as the capacity to assist in the achievement of commercial results.
- Highly organised; good follow-through and attention to detail (particularly data quality) are essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills; analytical thinker who can rapidly analyse problems, prioritise, and multitask.
- Interpersonal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Stakeholder management abilities that are second to none.
- A self-assured applicant who is passionate and works well with others.
- Ability to successfully organise and engage with worldwide colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
