About The Team
Planning is a central team responsible for creating business plans & forecasts to enable decision making & operational readiness. The team strives to build balanced plans to optimize superior customer experience, supply chain reliability & operating costs. The position requires an individual to have relevant supply chain/analytical experience and expertise to enable scientific decision making and performance improvement measures. The role involves high interaction with Flipkart products & necessitates a collaborative individual who can build robust plans, understand complex tech products, build system configurations, negotiate and influence business partners across different functions at Flipkart.
Job Description:
- Preparing Manpower plan for all activities related to Return orders for Fulfillment centers
- Carrying out Multiple Analytical projects to drive speed and cost efficiency in fulfillment centers
- Maintaining & Creating dashboards in power bi to drive daily actions for smooth functioning of fulfillment centers
- Managing critical stakeholders from operations and business units to ensure delivery of returns plan
