About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can lead and support both sub-teams. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for a high-energy individual to learn about and support USI Deloitte’s Quality Risk Services, as well as work directly with member company team members and business controllers.
Conflict Checks and reporting will be the responsibility of the individual, as well as the other QRS team members, as part of a comprehensive compliance and monitoring risk programme that guarantees that high quality and risk standards are maintained.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To avoid potential conflicts, start sending outgoing conflict checks to various Deloitte Member Firms.
- Respond to conflict check requests received from foreign member firms in a timely and correct manner.
- Handle incoming conflict checks from Foreign Member Firms and provide recommendations on how to avoid any conflicts as a result of such services.
- Collaborate with diverse Member Firms’ Conflicts Teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports from SAP and SWIFT Portals pertaining to opportunities, assignments, and customer data.
- On a daily and monthly basis, refresh and monitor the PowerBI dashboards.
- Respond to questions about opportunity statuses made by Engagement Teams via ServiceNow.
- Keep track of emails in your personal and shared mailboxes.
- Work with the SAP technical staff.
- Continuously improve old reports and tools and move them to new technologies such as PowerBI, resulting in continual process improvement.
Qualifications
Required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a global organization’s Quality & Risk team (preferably in a similar role).
- Finance Bcom/ MBA/ master’s in finance and accounting.
- Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities, as well as a pleasant demeanour.
- Excellent customer service and experience working independently on tasks.
Preferred
- Level: Advanced in Microsoft Office Excel
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and the capacity to work on a variety of projects.
- When working with confidential and sensitive information, the worker must show a high level of integrity and maturity.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, as well as sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
- In day-to-day operations, maintain quality and timeliness.
