About the position
We are looking for a strong individual with expertise and passion for working as a Business Analyst in the IT Services industry. We anticipate the applicant assisting with different Business Analysis tasks to support the expanding IT Services market within our Practice area.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between onshore and offshore by engaging with onshore on requirements-related issues.
- Convert unstructured business challenges into well-defined business needs.
- Prepare a functional design document. Using Microsoft Visio, effectively translate technical system requirements into a high-level process workflow document.
- Assist with the construction of technical design papers and the development phase.
- Key stakeholder in defining testing road-map while working with Front end team, Product Architect and User Experience.
- Assist the testing team with the creation of test scenarios and test cases, as well as test data setup and execution.
- Develop and maintain reports to measure performance and check data quality for the internal development and testing team.
- Coach testing teams on quality and domain concepts.
Eligibility
- Ability to recognise possibilities, develop solutions, present them to key stakeholders as business cases, and implement the offered solution.
- Understanding on Feasibility study approach.
- Prepare a Process Understanding Document, as well as AS IS and TO BE process maps, after doing a thorough examination of the process.
- Create a thorough business analysis that outlines a company’s issues, prospects, and solutions. Defining and reporting business needs to stakeholders.
- Process modelling and design experience is a plus.
- Confidence in designing and then sustaining timely and regular modifications to business procedures.
- Confidence in ensuring that all regulatory requirements are satisfied in terms of audit clearance.
- Credible experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven workplace and the ability to put particular projects/initiatives into a “big picture” framework.
- Process mapping and identifying non value add steps to create lean and agile processes.
- Responsible for identifying business problem areas and aligning themselves to the pain areas.
- Process modelling and design experience are required.
- Strong client involvement and business abilities.
- Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering are two areas where you excel.
- Working knowledge of IBL Blueworks or other BPM technologies (ARIS, BML, Nimbus, iGrafx, Appian, Capsify, Signavio, FIOS insight, etc.)
