Analyst

Location: Mumbai, Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

Analysts are on the front lines of research, analysis, and presentation, helping to expand the team’s knowledge base around the current issue. Analysts analyse critically and creatively to generate insights based on their findings from the research process since they are the ones that delve the deepest into the challenges. They develop a wide knowledge base that spans industries and regions, and they are at the heart of every project’s work.

Recent Analysts, for example, have devised a large foundation’s strategy to manage sleeping sickness in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjacent countries, and built a new impact investment fund for agriculture in Nigeria. Analysts also assisted the city of Cartagena, Colombia in developing an employment plan to adapt to fast changes in the economy and infrastructure, as well as assisting a prominent US non-profit in incorporating a racial justice and equality lens into its programmes.

Analysts have gone to a variety of nations in recent years as a result of these and other initiatives, including Ecuador, Ethiopia, Morocco, the Philippines, Tanzania, and China.

Analysts have several chances for advancement in their careers.
