Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolves issues and recommend solutions to moderate problems
- Integrates specialty area knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices and how teams collaborate to accomplish goals of the sub-function/ job family
- Serves as an industry expert and advisor
- Analyzes and approve counter-party credit limits for trading, transactional and financing businesses with funds
- Develops risk management framework and processes for funds
- Advises businesses and clients on transaction structures and negotiate credit terms
- Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting and valuation preferred
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Innovative and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on teams
