Roles & Responsibilities
- Create customized transaction data reports based on data analysis
- Monitor and research errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
- Resolve transaction data issues and use technical expertise/ judgment to conduct complex analysis
- Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors
- Serve as a Business/Change Analyst for Client Operations, responsible for the requirements and coordination for successful end-to-end delivery of the various strategic and Transformational programs under Treasury and Trade Services (Cash, Cards and Liquidity Management)
- Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency, and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
- Engagement, Collaboration and communicating progress of the project(s) with various stakeholders across different business lines/functions/regions.
- Ensures appropriate testing and validation takes place for all systems/processes delivered as part of each release
- Track and monitor project activities against agreed business dates
- Ensure documented reviews of project documentation takes place
- Provide strong analytical, technical, business and/or management expertise to the group
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
