Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with the business and other relevant parties, such as global IT teams and vendor partners.
- Create material for newsletters, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to collect data in their areas, which will be fed into the dashboard/PPT.
- Participate in resource/workforce talks with delivery teams and develop a business-wide workforce plan.
- Set up program/project review meetings with top stakeholders in business and technology.
- Collaborate with the delivery and business management teams to plan town halls and on-site meetings.
- Prepare an agenda for the above forums and circulate it will all stakeholders, ahead of the meeting.
- Assist in the creation of a Project Governance framework, as well as the distribution of Project Management reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate or above and should preferably be a BE/MBA/CA.
