Roles & Responsibilities
- Monthly business reviews, FTE forecasts, recruiting process approvals, Vacancy Reviews, Transfers, and representing the company in important strategic initiatives as they arise are all responsibilities of this position.
- Support strategic and economic decision-making by providing operating leverage to the Senior Business Manager or Function Head.
- To increase the credibility of and dedication to ‘Colleague,’ develop strong connections with top leadership inside the function.
- Support the Business Management team on initiatives such as short- and long-term projects, and actively participate in the completion of team duties and activities.
- Assist the Business Management team in organising and structuring work priorities in order to meet deadlines, for example, by creating forward-thinking agendas and effective planning.
Eligibility
- An accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, MBA Finance) is required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Working knowledge of how to manage a huge book of work with competing priorities.
- A strong numerical background is required, as well as good Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
- Independent thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Worked at a big corporation as a business manager.
- Commercial decision-making that is sound.
