Job Description
Customer-initiated fraud allegations and/or billing disputes for ATM and debit card transactions are investigated and resolved. To correctly settle claims within regulatory standards and internal business rules and procedures, does sophisticated investigation using many systems and technologies. Completing an adequate investigation on all claims while meeting and surpassing performance, quality, and other key metric targets are among the responsibilities. Responsible for identifying and escalating fraud patterns discovered through claim investigation in order to reduce consumer impact and financial loss.
