Roles & Responsibilities
- Compile and deliver MIS reports to management, as well as HR weekly reports for Chennai units to the General Manager of Human Resources.
- Gather and compile wellness information for Chennai units, which you will share with the Service Excellence Team.
- Assist the General Manager of Human Resources with different tracking and follow-up tasks for the Chennai areas.
- Prepare and assist the HR Team in preparing HR Communications for a variety of events and activities.
- Assist in putting the Annual Welfare Plan into action.
- Assist in the launch of new projects.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-solving abilities.
