Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying viable retail locations for time-bound projects In the designated region, acquire, induct, and onboard new accounts (I.H.S stores).
- Build and implement a comprehensive account plan that delivers on significant business possibilities for the shops and Amazon. Manage and drive the growth of the Channel partners/stores’ business with Amazon.
- On a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, visit a specific number of stores.
- Deliver Amazon processes, products, operating model, and SOPs training and coaching.
- Work on the ground to allow the network to support new product launches and to collaborate with operations and other departments.
- Maintain and publish routine reports on the store’s current performance and Amazon business, as well as data-driven suggestions and action plans.
- Report on the overall health of the network in your allocated region.
Basic Qualifications
- Graduation.
- MBA desirable.
- Experience with people management.
- It is extremely ideal to have prior team management experience.
- Experience with live operations is desired (wherein decisions have to be taken on the spot and actions needs to be initiated right away).
- Knowledge of the city’s topography and road networks is a plus.
