About the Role
- To manage the entire customer life cycle for corporate accounts on telecom goods such as mobile, wireless, and data services.
- To ensure that CRES provides end-to-end service to corporate clients, satisfying their needs within the stated TAT and SLA.
- To work with corporate clients and guarantee that there are no escalations.
- To guarantee that service camps / coordinator meetings are held on a regular basis in order to maintain brand exposure at the corporate level as well as customer involvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure that all business processes are followed to the letter.
- To improve the efficiency of collection: 60-90 days (COCP – MO & FL), 0-60 days (COCP – MO & FL)
- To increase revenue through churn control (COCP) and upselling.
- To manage and upsell existing and new Airtel products/services to corporations using the partner team’s life cycle management procedure.
- Index of Account Relationships: (Parameters such as Visit Adherence, Account Dossier, Complaints per Customer, Self-Care, and e-bill adoption will be included.)
- Suspension can be reduced by using efficient payment posting and virtual account administration.
- Track and analyse the company’s revenue performance across various products and services.
- Virtualization aided by PFH, self-care, and paperless bill media.
Eligibility
- At least 2-7 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry is required.
- Engineering degree and MBA/Business Administration in Marketing/Ops are required.
