Roles & Responsibilities
- Recognize and efficiently manage the governance and performance of the team.
- Understand the amount of risk and offer mitigation measures, as well as collaborate with other support teams to quickly address requests and issues.
- Keep the team up to date on developments by clearly communicating team goals and deliverables.
- Team members are coached, and first-level guidance on processes and approaches is given.
- Solve more difficult challenges and delegate efficiently so that team members may be developed and groomed for succession planning.
- Maintain client connections by communicating with them on a frequent basis via phone calls and emails.
- Understand the client’s priorities and issues, and assist in the translation of actions for the team.
- Identify possibilities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased client value through innovation.
- To improve the customer journey, use data analytics and storytelling approaches.
Eligibility
B.Com/CA Inter/Chartered Accountant/Cost And Works Accountant/ICWA (Inter)
Years of Experience: 5-8 years
