Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research utilising both methodical and intuitive methods.
- In response to the research need, analyse the study findings, make inferences, and form conclusions.
- Understands the essential needs of the firm’s risk management regulations and policies, as well as those of regulators.
- Analytical and project management methods and technologies are used.
- Follows regular operating procedures to complete all allocated projects/tasks.
- Ensures that all tasks allocated are completed, accurate, and acceptable.
- Facilitates and drives the process to completion by timely following up on requests from Onshore.
- Plans and organises own work while informing project managers and key stakeholders about progress and activities.
- Before delivering the results to the project management, conducts a self-review.
Skills Required
- Customer service qualities that are exceptional and well-proven, including responsiveness and a dedication to excellence.
- Prior hands-on experience with fundamental project management abilities, including working on a variety of time-bound projects (internal and external) and effectively managing them, is desired.
- Ethics, integrity, and values are held to the highest standards.
- Highly motivated with the capacity to work effectively under pressure; shown ability to execute many tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- It’s possible that your job will demand you to work after shift hours.
- Plans and organises personal work while also keeping others up to date on progress and activities.
- Ability to work successfully in a group and to encourage collaboration among others.
- Working with a global mindset is a plus.
- Analytical abilities and a rational mindset are required.
