Roles & Responsibilities
- Business strategy development based on data discoveries, as well as full implementation and programme management.
- Conducting primary and secondary research to gain insights and gain a better understanding of business trends and their potential consequences.
- Responsible for implementing a data-driven strategy to highlighting issues and opportunities.
- Analyzes data and deviations, identifies patterns, and makes recommendations to improve performance.
- Assembles and summarises data for management; prepares reports; and makes presentations of results, analysis, and suggestions.
- Any additional ad hoc project and programme management required by the company.
Skills Required
- Skills in Reporting, Forecasting, Quantitative Diagnosis, Information Analysis, and Statistical Analysis.
- Self-starter who places a heavy emphasis on project ownership.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Capable of making sound business decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Analytical talents that are both quantitative and qualitative.
- Should be able to operate in cross-functional teams and functions.
- Should be able to operate in an unclear and fast-changing environment.
- Strong English written and spoken communication abilities.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a data/business analyst is required.
- Critical thinking and a strong attention to detail.
- Must be an expert in MS Excel, SQL, and other statistical software.
