About the Role
You will be participating in our Local Programming and Syndication metadata curation as a member of this dynamic and fast-paced team. Working with internal teams and clients, the Analyst is responsible for researching, scheduling, analysing, and providing data and reports on schedule, all while supporting projects of moderate complexity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute procedures in a high-quality manner to fulfil internal/external SLAs.
- As needed, train and certify on corporate policies and standard operating procedures.
- All normal operating procedures and corporate rules must be followed.
- Perform data input using databases.
- Develop and suggest process improvement solutions, as well as assist with the implementation of new procedures and programmes.
- Collaborate with customers to perform day-to-day BAU tasks.
- As needed, assist with on-call rotations or off-shift availability.
- Ensure data integrity for customers and downstream systems by performing quality checks.
Skills required
- Respond to client inquiries via Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or Client Service Representatives.
- Respond to E&Y Audit demands by conducting research.
- Assist the Process/Team Lead with the development of KPIs and Metrics, as well as data collection.
- Assist the Process Lead/Team with new software release UAT testing.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
