About GAIL
GAIL (India) Limited (previously known as Gas Authority of India Ltd.) is a government-owned natural gas corporation located in New Delhi, India, that is responsible for natural gas processing and distribution in the country. It is owned by the Indian government’s Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Natural gas, liquid hydrocarbon, liquefied petroleum gas transmission, petrochemical, city gas distribution, exploration and production, GAILTEL, and electricity generating are the company’s business segments. The Government of India bestowed Maharatna status company GAIL on February 1, 2013.
Among all central CPSEs, only eight other Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) have this prized designation. According to the Brand Trust Report 2014, a survey done by the Trust Research Advisory, GAIL is ranked 131st among India’s most trusted brands.
Recruitment Details
Graduates of B.Tech or BE in engineering, B.Com, BSc, MBA, or LLB can apply for the positions, according to the official announcement. Indian citizens are the only ones who are eligible to apply.

Candidates must have received at least a 65 percent on their final exam. Twenty of the 220 positions are set aside for people with impairments. Candidates with an engineering diploma are also eligible to apply, however their diploma must be recognized by the State Board of Technical Education.
Stipend
Depending on the role, selected candidates will be entitled for a monthly stipend ranging from Rs.50,000 to Rs.2,00,000.
