Roles & Responsibilities
- Make phone calls to candidates to inform them about the HCL first career programme.
- Schedule candidates for the Aptitude test by calling and scheduling them.
- Coordinate with prospects and manage documentation until they are onboarded.
- Arrange for candidates to attend counselling sessions (webinars) at their designated locations.
- Candidates will be required to attend the office as needed.
- Looking for Nagpur-based applicants.
