Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Respond to escalated consumer complaints by email and phone
  2. Look into customer complaints and identify the underlying cause of the issue
  3. Work with other departments to quickly address consumer complaints
  4. Maintain precise documentation of client complaints and their outcomes.
  5. Check in with clients to make sure their concerns have been adequately addressed
  6. Identify persistent problems and suggest fixes to stop complaints in the future.
  7. Support the creation and use of customer service guidelines and protocols
  8. Share your thoughts and recommendations for enhancements with the management team on customer complaints.
  9. Keep up of market developments and top customer service techniques.
  10. Keep up with the complaint management information system and provide daily reports to the management.

Requirements

  1. Currently working on a degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar field
  2. Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities
  3. Excellent ability to solve problems
  4. The capacity to handle angry customers with professionalism and composure
  5. Good at organizing and paying attention to details
  6. The capacity to function both alone and together
  7. Expertise in customer service software and Microsoft Office
  8. A prior background in customer service or a similar industry is advantageous.

The Mahindra First Choice internship will be for a period of 3 months.
