It has been the market leader for over 20 years. It has manufacturing units in Goa, Vadodara, Ahmednagar, and Baddi. Its products are available in nearly 150,000 retail points across the country. The business is rapidly expanding into new categories and expanding its reach.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Help with the hiring and onboarding procedures, which include arranging for interviews and writing offer letters.
2. Track employee evaluations and help with performance reviews to support the performance management process.
3. Use MS Excel to monitor and update personnel records and databases to ensure correct and up-to-date information.3.
4. Support efforts aimed at increasing employee engagement, such as planning events and activities that foster teamwork.
5. Assistance with training and development initiatives, such as organizing training sessions and monitoring staff involvement
6. Work together on a variety of employee relations and compliance tasks with the HR team.
7. Assist the HR department administratively, submitting paperwork and responding to questions from staff members
