Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting with reservations for hotels, tours & travel, airlines, meals, and meeting spaces
- Assistance with asset and inventory management
- Assisting with the planning of security clearance and showing guests to the appropriate place
- Planning and organizing flights, lodging, and other travel-related reservations for JLR stakeholders
- Taking care of travel-related details, like obtaining a visa and purchasing insurance
- Offering JLR Stakeholders support and assistance with their travels while they are there
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the restrooms and common areas for employees and ensuring that necessary
- Assistance in keeping all equipment in working order and the required quantities of consumables
- Keeping up with supplies and office equipment, including stationery, printer ink refills, and other authorized JLR products
- Working directly with MS office
