Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping the HR department with the onboarding process throughout the entire hiring process
- Examining resumes from prospective hires to fill open positions in the company
- Setting up interviews with those who made the short list
- Putting up job postings on social media and employment boards
- Supporting candidates’ pre-joining paperwork process
- Writing and delivering offer letters or emails to potential employees
- Working on connecting kits and checking personnel files
- Examining the application materials before sending out the letters of appointment
- Adding new applicant information to the HRIS
