Roles & Responsibilities
- Work to develop and carry out innovative and successful recruitment advertising and employer branding campaigns from inception to conclusion
- Plan and develop a monthly creative calendar for LinkedIn
- Create content cubes and innovative tactics each month to highlight the qualities that make Xiaomi India an excellent place to work.
- To sustain a consistent engagement rate, organize, manage, and improve Xiaomi India’s LinkedIn presence.
- Make an effort to tell gripping tales and increase Xiaomi’s online visibility on LinkedIn.
- Manage all of the business’s employment branding initiatives while closely collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Maintain and constantly enhance Xiaomi India’s Life Page on LinkedIn and the careers website in close collaboration with stakeholders to make sure it is an innovative and useful tool for drawing in qualified applicants and establishing Xiaomi India as an employer of choice.
- When necessary, provide assistance to other HR team members.
- Focus on ad hoc tasks like content authoring requirements and internal communications.
