Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing PR and influencer materials, as well as filing, copying, and other secretarial duties.
- Updating and maintaining the PR & media database, as well as tracking PR metrics and documenting and updating daily media coverage.
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of different influencer and public relations activities.
- Organizing goods delivery and giving.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of PR and influencer materials, such as invitations and gift bags.
- Keeping media and influencer lists up to date.
- As needed, completing responsibilities given by top management.
- Organizing payments to influencers.
