About the team
Making contact with purchasers (or importers), running verifications and confirmations as required by our Risk policy, on-boarding them to our system, and building a long-term connection for future business opportunities is an important component of Drip’s finance operation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on high-priority operations and optimization initiatives for the company (e.g., sales funnel efficiency, turnaround time improvements, cost optimization).
- Manage internal stakeholder messaging about the business, growth, and major strategic initiatives (company, management team)
- Creating self-serve analytics dashboards to measure progress against key company targets and doing periodic deep-dive analysis to aid business leaders in strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an analytics job of 1-3 years is required (data analyst, research associate)
- Excel and SQL skills are required.
- Exploratory data analysis, setting measurements, assessing business performance, performing root cause analyses, modelling business processes, forecasting, and/or designing predictive models are all skills you’ll need.
- Ability to express confidence levels and constraints connected with an approach/solution and to explain complicated problems clearly and intuitively.
- Humility, a willingness to learn, and a proactive/at-risk attitude toward the initiatives that come your way are all qualities that you should possess.
