Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business and Product teams to support smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage ongoing projects and operational requirements
- Conduct tele-calling with vendors, partners, and customers for follow-ups, coordination, and information gathering
- Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
- Assist in data compilation, analysis, and report preparation to support business insights and decision-making
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
