They provide end-to-end travel solutions, such as airline tickets for over 400 domestic and international airlines, hotel reservations for almost 1 million hotels in India and overseas, taxi reservations with over 4,000 cab operators, bus reservations with over 2,000 bus operators, and train tickets for all major Indian cities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in building and updating dashboards to track key business metrics such as GMV, revenue, margins, CAC, repeat rates, conversion rates, and vertical-wise profitability
- Analyze business data, prepare structured reports, and generate insights to support leadership decision-making
- Identify repetitive workflows and support the implementation of AI tools and automation solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Conduct research on practical AI use cases in areas such as pricing, personalization, customer service automation, fraud detection, and marketing optimization
- Support the preparation of investor presentations, board materials, AI transformation updates, and internal strategy decks
- Perform structured research on competitors, industry trends, global travel-tech AI adoption, and emerging growth opportunities
- Assist in developing basic financial models, performing scenario analysis, and evaluating profitability for new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, technology, finance, and operations to track progress on strategic and AI initiatives
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries with data-driven insights for leadership reviews
- Document key takeaways from leadership meetings and track action items to ensure timely follow-ups and execution
Requirements
- Strong academic background, with candidates currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with SQL, Python, or analytics tools is an added advantage
- Keen interest in AI and digital transformation, including artificial intelligence, automation tools, and technology-driven business optimization
- Ability to think in a structured manner and break down complex problems into logical frameworks
- Good business acumen, including a basic understanding of unit economics, digital growth metrics, and financial performance indicators
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, structured PowerPoint presentations supported by effective storytelling
- High sense of ownership and initiative, with a proactive approach to working in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and summarize complex information
- High attention to detail, particularly in tracking numbers, action items, and maintaining documentation accuracy
- Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive business and financial information
