Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to assigned locations to generate leads and build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Generate approximately 20–25 authenticated leads from Life Insurance employees per day.
  • Focus on connecting primarily with female Life Insurance employees (90%), followed by male employees (10%).
  • Collect and verify all required lead details, prioritizing accuracy and data quality.
  • Coordinate with the verification team to ensure every lead is validated and certified.
  • Follow up consistently with generated leads to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Take ownership of performance metrics and achieve daily and monthly targets.
