Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of physical well-being initiatives across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with Location SPOCs, Admin teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of activities.
- Drive the execution of Hobby Club initiatives in line with the annual employee engagement plan.
- Research and develop innovative ideas for employee well-being and engagement activities.
- Track participation, maintain project trackers, and monitor key program performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
- A strong interest in employee engagement, employee wellness, and event coordination.
